This customer started discussing a 358 anti-climb fence project with us in December last year. At the early stage of the project, the customer provided very detailed drawings and technical requirements, including fence panels, posts, connection methods and installation details.
Our sales team and technical staff carefully studied the customer’s drawings several times. At first, we only sorted out the parts that were different from the customer’s drawings and sent our understood drawing solution to the customer for confirmation. However, this did not fully meet the customer’s requirements. After several rounds of communication, we further understood the customer’s real requirement: they wanted us to reorganize and provide a complete set of 358 fence drawings. We then repeatedly revised and confirmed the details, including product dimensions, mesh panel structure, post specifications, connecting accessories and installation methods. Through this process, both sides reached a clearer and more consistent understanding of the product structure and technical requirements.
After the drawing communication became clearer, we sent our factory location to the customer. After confirming the factory information, the customer began to move forward with us more deeply and arranged a factory visit.
When the customer arrived at our factory, they visited our production workshop and learned more about the production process, processing details, quality control and packing methods of 358 anti-climb fence products. Through the on-site inspection, the customer gained a more direct understanding of our factory strength, production capacity and project cooperation ability.
After completing the factory inspection, the customer returned to their country according to their travel schedule. This visit not only strengthened mutual trust, but also turned the previous drawing communication and technical confirmation into a more direct and practical foundation for future cooperation.
